Annual General Meeting (Club’s AGM Event)

Sunday 19 October

This year’s AGM will be held physically and virtually for Club members ONLY.

Physical attendance: Lecture Room at the British Motor Museum, Banbury road, Gaydon, Warwickshire CV35 0BJ.

Virtual attendance: via Microsoft Teams.

Our AGM is an important event during our Club’s annual cycle of operations and formalities. Not only does it provide the opportunity for all our members to vote on important Club matters, the discussion and consideration of future changes ensures that we continue to develop and improve. The Club officials will be voted in at this time as well; the Chairman, Directors and Committee members alike.
